Applications 26 August 2026 से शुरू हुए हैं। Applicants को SIRISH portal पर registration करके application process पूरा करना होगा।
Important Note
TB/Cancer और other major diseases के लिए grant scheme round the year चलती है। इसलिए इस particular scheme के लिए 5 October 2026 की closing date लागू नहीं है।
SIRISH Scholarship 2026 Eligibility
Official 2026-27 advertisement के अनुसार सामान्य eligibility में मुख्य रूप से ये conditions शामिल हैं:
Applicant Assam का permanent resident होना चाहिए।
Applicant Tea Tribes and Adivasi community से संबंधित होना चाहिए।
Parent/Guardian की annual family income ₹5 lakh से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए, जिसके संबंध में prescribed undertaking देना होगा।
Applicant के पास Aadhaar-seeded scheduled bank account होना चाहिए।

2. Post-Matric Scholarship
Post-Matric Scholarship उन eligible students के लिए है जो Class 10 के बाद higher secondary, college, university या अन्य recognized post-secondary courses में पढ़ाई कर रहे हैं।
Department की published guidelines में Post-Matric Scholarship के लिए अलग eligibility और income conditions दी गई हैं। इसलिए 2026-27 application submit करने से पहले current guideline जरूर check करें।
3. Simon Sing Horo Special Post-Matric Scholarship
यह Tea Tribes और Adivasi community के eligible students के लिए special post-matric scholarship scheme है।
इस scheme के लिए भी applicants को SIRISH portal पर registration और application process पूरा करना होगा। Department ने 2026-27 के लिए इसे सात notified schemes में शामिल किया है।
4. ANM/GNM और Technical Courses के लिए Financial Assistance
ANM, GNM, Nursing और अन्य technical/paramedical courses में पढ़ाई करने वाले eligible students के लिए financial assistance scheme उपलब्ध है।
Department की scheme information के अनुसार ANM, GNM, B.Sc Nursing, M.Sc Nursing और अन्य paramedical training के लिए financial assistance दी जा सकती है।
इसलिए nursing या technical course कर रहे eligible students को 2026-27 की SIRISH notification और संबंधित guideline जरूर देखनी चाहिए।
5. Higher Studies के लिए Financial Assistance
Higher Studies Financial Assistance scheme का उद्देश्य eligible Tea Tribes students को higher/technical education के लिए financial support देना है।
Department की published guideline में IIT, MBBS, MBA, Engineering, Technology, Medical, Administration और Research जैसे higher studies का उल्लेख है।
Department की guideline में अलग-अलग course groups के लिए annual assistance rates भी दिए गए हैं। Published guideline के अनुसार Group A में ₹35,000 प्रति वर्ष, Group B में ₹30,000 और Group C में ₹25,000 तक की rates दी गई हैं; लेकिन applicants को 2026-27 के current notification/guideline में लागू amount verify करना चाहिए।
6. UPSC/APSC Civil Services Prelims पास करने वाले Students
जो eligible students UPSC या APSC Civil Services Preliminary Examination clear कर चुके हैं, उनके लिए भी financial assistance scheme 2026-27 की notification में शामिल है।
ऐसे applicants को संबंधित examination का admit card/result तथा scheme guideline में मांगे गए documents उपलब्ध रखने चाहिए।
7. TB/Cancer और अन्य Major Diseases के लिए Grant
2026-27 की notification में TB, Cancer और अन्य major diseases से suffering patients के लिए financial grant भी शामिल है।
इस scheme की सबसे महत्वपूर्ण बात यह है कि इसका application window सामान्य 7 schemes की तरह 5 October 2026 को बंद नहीं होता। Official notification के अनुसार यह scheme round the year चलती है।
